Loving Life
It’s warm in Texas today. Warm and windy. It makes me want to run around with a kite and pretend like I’m 10 years old again.
I just had the most amazing meeting with a creative guru from church. It’s funny how when God is in something so many of the pieces fit. That’s how I feel today. Like the jig-saw puzzle is coming together. YAY!
My Dad used to say, “You only get out of something what you put into it.” I’m sure there were countless times I rolled my eyes and thought if I heard it one more time I would barf. Today his words are echoing in my head.
I’m going after it, Papa! I really am!
So, as I listen to the wind outside my window and remember us making kites together, I know my journey is on course. My life is in the very capable hands of Him Who Created Me. My kite is sailing and so am I.
Yes. I’m grateful.
