Your words swirl in my mind,

Dancing on the rhythms of a melody.

Sounds of joy, heard internally.

Waiting expectantly for the chorus.

Finding the perfect harmony in a world of dissonance.

It’s the time of rejoicing,

A day full of thanks,

Giving glory to Him

Who gives everything back.

Taking the ashes of my life,

Recreating me in His image.
